Help please, I know there are two mimics and they both appear when I enter the room but I am getting overwhelmed, I have tried moving with them, holding one back but to no avail, could someone please give me a hint on how to tackle this room.

Actually, those are scripted characters, not mimics. They are going to point their swords east and walk east all the way across the room.
