I am having some trouble with this room. I can't manuever the rattler in time, so he doesn't step off the arrows. Help, please!

Oh, man, this room. This one's a real doozy.

You might want to study up on your serpent preferences - the rattlesnake has to be on the correct preference on each corner or it won't follow you properly.

Also: You have to kill of most of the rattlesnake before you get it to follow you.

hello, i need a little help i get the snake to follow me till the last arrow when i step off the arrow it doesn't go up but right, am i doing it right. i can't even see the demo because of my version.. thnx

If you play with the snake so that its head enters the arrow maze as the clock turns to:then it should follow you properly.

I haven't been able to figure out how to get the rattlesnake to enter the maze at I have been able to get it to enter at but I can't get it to

I tried to download Chaco's demo. I am running JtRH 2.0.16 and am unable to open it. I get an error message that I am using the wrong version of DROD.

The problem is, the snake does not start out with the correct parity to enter the maze on that turn. No matter how many times you lead it around the room, that snake will never put its head in the maze when you want it to... unless you do something to change its parity.
