I'm at the point now of going back and finding/playing the secret rooms I missed, so that I can get to the ending.

But in level 13 I cannot find the secret room. My screen says this level is 95% complete with 0/1 secrets discovered.

I suspect the room I need *may* be at 1N 2W (just guessing). But whereever it is, can anyone tell me how I might get there, please?
