In KDDL2, Level 7, Room 1E, there's a message that wasn't translated because it's missing from the translation text on MoPad:
"Ha! Now that's efficiency! Wait 'til I tell the Smitemaster's Guild about that feat!"

That's true, I don't have it in the French files either.

Today or tomorrow I will all send you new texts for translation and I will include this one too. I will look through the holds in case anything else is missing.

On the mopad you can find last batch of texts to translate. Please just include them at the beginning of your language pad. If possible I'd like to have them done as fast as really possible :).

This would be Changes 9? Done for DE, and saved at the top of German_2.

I'm starting on the Finnish translations now. I will probably finish them later today. I estimated the completion date to Wed 4th so the Architest will have time to look at my translations and/or do his own too. I hope he is around here right now :)

EDIT: I have a first draft of all the translation at the beginning of the Finnish common KDD1 pad now. I hope to hear from the Architest next. Let us know if you can proofread it as soon as possible, or otherwise I'll just read the translations once more myself and then tell Skell we're done.

There are currently all the original English texts in comments before the translations. We should remove these after proofreading.

Thanks for looking at the translation, Architest. I'm sure I won't have any reason to complain about the changes you made. I'd say we're done now.

Thanks guys, there are two more texts I have found (one was known before but I forgot to add it), changes 10. Both are on the mopad. This should be the final final final change. I truly hope this will be the last thing :)

I made a few very minor changes to Revision 9, for example fixed a couple of typos we both had missed earlier. I also translated the last two texts, so everything is up to date now.

If the Architest wants to take one last look at the texts, it's still possible. Just let Skell now when you've done it :)

I've made some translations for Dutch, and will ask Robin if he can take a look at them. Will let you know when they are ready to be included in the game.

One minor error I noticed:
In the "rstWarning" item the English text sais "Select the farthest state", but I think that should be "Select the farthest save".

No, it is supposed to be "state". That's what hard to explain about the game, it works with states, not really saves. You will have a state you can restore to for each room in the level that you've entered.

Semantics of the words save vs state notwithstanding, what I was getting at is the inconsistent use of the button text "Select the farthest save" vs "Select the farthest state". There is only one such button, and the particular instance I pointed out seems to have misquoted it.

Is there any interest in translations into new languages? I'd love to help with a Hungarian translation for something.

By the decision of 1st Flash DROD Developer
I'm hereby informing you of the decision
which has been taken in order to provide and
support for all of us.

Each one of you who speaks in a tongue other
than our glorious one is to reach their

The action is completely voluntary and each
registered Tongue Speaker will be tasked with
a very responsible task of providing retonguing
for the well being of all of us.

We already have a number of registered
Tongue Speakers who have previously provided
us with retonguing for the following tongues:
- Netherlandish
- Finlandish
- Francish
- Germanish
- Spainish
- Portugalish
- Russish

The Tongue Speakers responsible are to visit
Identification office for deregistration or update
of their current status. It is very important for
them to do that in order for us to provide best.

Hungarian has 9 diacritics: á é í ó ú ü ö ű ő. The last 2 are not found in any other language, but the first 7 are equivalent to the ones in Spanish and German.

It seems there are two languages which were available in KDDL 1, 2 and 3 for which we don't have translators right now. The languages in question are Portuguese and Russian. I am hoping for a December release of KDDL 4 so if anyone is interested in helping translating these two languages, please post here or PM me.
