While browsing the discussions of GatEB on Steam, I found this thread.

Basically, this guy found the part of the help files about the 18 user-made holds that are supposedly pre-packaged in the "homemade" folder, but when he checked, found that said folder doesn't exist.

I checked, and my Steam version doesn't have a "homemade" folder either, so something's quite wrong there.

The answer is "the help files were written for the non-Steam version".

All of them are free to download anyways, they were just put in one convenient folder.
