I'd go against the grain a little and say that while KDD Lite and KDD are different holds the intention was for it to be a faithful
port* of KDD. The puzzles are shrunk but the spirit of the actual problem stayed the same, at least for most puzzles. This often means they are slightly easier.
So what I am saying is - if you want to skip levels do it. And being the creator of the project I can use my authority to grant you pardon for your sinful thoughts.
So you have some options:
* A packaged, downloadable version of KDDL is available on my site -
https://evidentlycube.com/. Just start from EP 3 which I believe starts on floor 9.

Play the Javascript port that's getting close to being finished someday. Actually I just realized after I changed hosting it's no longer available so you can't play that at the moment.
* - the intention was for it to be port but depending on how you define demake it can be more of a demake. My definition for demake was always "
make it faithful but smaller in scope/functionality because it moves to a less powerful hardware"
which is basically what KDDL was.
