I got off lightly? I've done much worse things to the forum than make a silly joke. Actually, now that I think about it, most of the terrible things I've done to the forum have been silly jokes of some sort. Like that JtRH April Fool's joke that ended with me tied to a tree and left there.

It took me ages to chew through those ropes.

But yeah, it looks like I'm under the minimum. I'm a little bit worried. I'm just going to call Schik and get him to set my rank points to Apple, that way we don't have to worry about making sure the mimimums work.

While the present system of limiting rank points to 1700 has done a tremendous amount of good, it has now matured to a point where continued operation would provide no further benefit. I've received countless e-mails, letters, and phone calls from concerned individuals, think tanks, and lobbyists advocating various reforms. These requests have not fallen on deaf ears. The maximum individual limit on rank points has been set at 2,147,483,647.

The minimum individual limit on rank points has been set at 1.

I think it's odd that you used an extra bit just to increase the max by 1. Unless you're storing them as negative numbers and just displaying them as positive numbers. Yep, that makes more sense.

I'm sure Snacko's not too happy to read that. Unfortunately, I've barely been around here for a month so I don't see the true harm in Snacko's posts. Aside from that they don't always make sense and when they do, they aren't always a good thing. But I've read some of his posts, quite a few actually, and some are kind of good. While some are completely bad.

EX: Anything Board: 1st-2nd Page: I'm Bored: 1st Post: Entertain me.}

That is a simple process. The board, then page, then title of topic, then which post, then what is said.

There is a really good post too.

Don't think that counts as a troll. Incredible contrariness, perhaps.

Most of the trolls seem to have quietened down, which is nice. I mean, I don't particularly like the idea of trolls standing around watching for a nice little vein of drama to appear so they can engulf it in flames, but I guess we'll be fine so long as no-one turns DROD into Serious Business.
