This is my favorite kind of Xindaris hold: Concise and focused with manageable rooms that are fun to optimize. The rooms here all follow the focused theme of killing an arrangement of brains with a degree of efficiency. It's an interesting theme that plays out well in this hold with a good amount of variety coming from alternate weapons and Beethro doubles. The emphasis is on efficiency, but the timers aren't frustratingly tight leaving this still fairly interesting to optimize as well. Since there are really no movable monsters the hold has a refreshingly different feel to it and is a great little bite sized diversion. This is the kind of bite-sized, light-difficulty, "
interesting concept"
, that we could really do with more of.
