My idea is to create a hold without any puzzles...
A hold would have a few levels with certain style and place (a cave, for example).
Thus, a player will pass through these beautiful rooms and can rate it.
Probably, this hold will help with building rooms. :)

P.S Sorry, english isn't my native language :)

Why not make a beautiful hold like you say but with some atypical puzzles, possibly spanning multiple rooms? That would be even cooler

Well, a hold may have at least a few puzzles, but the main purpose is to give ideas how to build certain place like caves, islands, abandoned dungeons, forests, canyons and so on.
It would be like a design-helper :). (Not too correct name for that, but...)

You might look at Elfstone's holds for ideas on how to give the player something to do while going through a pretty hold. If nothing else, it would be easy enough to scatter some monsters here and there in each room and hand Beethro one of the new weapons to deal with them.
