Since we can't (yet) set up folders within DROD, I'd like to make a organizational suggestion that I think will make playing and judging holds easier: contest holds should all have the same two or three letters at the front of their filename. The contest host would decide what those letters should be and include that information in the announcement thread.

For instance: the "tag" for this month's contest could have been the letters "FW" -- for Frankenstein's Wanderer; Cheap Trick could have been CT; a contest called Fun with Trapdoors, "FwT"; and so on. This way it will be easy to keep track of them in the hold management screen as they'd all appear together.

Just a thought.

Often though, the holds from the Architecture contests are compiled into one big hold - e.g. Lunchbreak special, Cheap Trick, thus making things easier.

But that's after the contest is over. I was thinking more about while the contest is going on.
