I don't think there's one official to-do list. To me, it seems there are multiple projects taking place simultaneously, coordinated by various people and groups. Many of these are ongoing, like running contests, reporting results, handing out prizes, and keeping the list of participants up to date. Getting contest info current through May is part of this.

If you're interested in getting more involved, you could also volunteer to be a hold beta tester or HA.

Okay, I've finally updated the list completely and utterly.

Mini-Contests are not included; they may be submitted individually as unofficial fishbowls by their hosts. Or they could put them up to their ears and hear the message left by the dolphins. Either way works for me.

During the last update, the following test subjects were discovered to finally have gotten off the couch to participate, and have been awarded 10 rank points as positive reinforcement:

Remlin, halyavin, marphlets, mxvladi

In addition, the following subjects have a total number of participation credits equalling or exceeding a new multiple of eight, and for their efforts be rewarded spectacularly with money, power, and [wo]men an 8-Timer prize:

ErikH2000 (note: this subject is the lead researcher and so rewarding him is futile (much like resistance). His achievement is noted only for posterity), Rabscuttle, Tim, Tuttle, calamarain, me, someone else, Chaco, techant

Also, frequently I have been notified by contest hosts that certain players haven't been listed already. They shouldn't have to worry about that; I'm bound to notice when I update the list.

I think he meant participants in a mini contest, rather than participants in Mini Contests. If you know what I mean. (Which makes sense).

Elfstone(IMPORTANT NOTE! ELFSTONE PROBABLY DIDN'T GET HER 200 RANKPOINTS(so as techant didn't get her 100 rankpoints and nabla didn't get her 50 rankpoints), techant, nabla, mxvladi, brian_s, zwetschenwasser, hyperme. Host of the contest - NiroZ.
