Complex Complex : The Complex : 1 North (0)

I seem the be 1 step short when I use the north-east bomb.
All other bombs leave me with more steps short.

I small hint maybe?

Am I right so far? If so, I am stuck. After I step on the fuse, I cannot get out in fewer than 36 moves; but the bomb explodes in 28. Or is there something else I should have done earlier (opened some of the doors, perhaps); and if so, when?

Which fuse are you referring to? Is it the one at (11,26)?

Well I'm stumped!
I can get to the same point as the jpg posted by Kafka.
I understand the hints, but cant get to open the first door in time.
A demo would be a great help.

I gave up on that route, because I'm always one move short on stopping the first bomb 20,21.Its 14 moves to the cut off point...I do in 15.!Doh!!I have just tried a dozen times while writing this.
Any ideas?
