I want to get the rope, but whenever I ring the bell, the guy comes in. What am I suppose to do? Go downstairs? To the side?

I did try to find some help with a walkthrough...but I thought they typed it wrong or something, because it made no sense to use the balcony. Thanks.

I'm stuck at a further part though...Where is the vase? I gave back the wand thing (>.< I'm sorry I don't remember it's name) but there's no vase....

No, you don't need any items.. all you have to do is walk in and then look. Perhaps you aren't actually standing in the stall?

Whenever you're in a room you haven't seen before, click the 'eye' cursor some place at random in the air (or indeed, anywhere that's not an "important" place) to look at the room in general. The description will often be helpful in pointing out important features of the room.

For instance, if you try this in the northern part of Carbonek, you'll be told that there's a blacksmith and a tailor.
