The Story:
The Smitemasters' Guild was in disarray. Several promising apprentices had been killed earlier that day, simply due to the fact that their masters had not taught them how to deal with certain monsters. They had almost no idea, for example, of the movement rules for Serpents or Wraithwings.
The Guild was unanimous: somebody had to take on the burden of creating a tutorial to help the hapless Apprentices.
Unanimous, that is, except for Beethro, who mumbled something about 'find out for yourself' and 'survival of the fittest' before making his excuses and leaving.
The Task:
Either: Create a tutorial aimed at newer players which will introduce them to the game and explain its basic elements;
Or: Create a specialised tutorial designed to give the player in-depth knowledge of one or two elements.
The Rewards:
1st Place: 6 Rank Points
2nd Place: 4 Rank Points
3rd Place: 2 Rank Points.
The Judges:
Anybody on the forums! We'll have a public vote.
