I do note that we had no drama here until JtRH was released. So everyone who joined after that: it's your fault!
Seriously, this is what happens when a forum increases in size, especially when some people get too big for their britches or decide that starting drama is a better way to 'win' the argument instead of understanding that the only winning move is not to play. (Even though I like Banjooie, he did that a lot and it was most irritating. He at least had the good grace not to say that he was trying to start drama in order to stave off drama later.)
For those that have been around the internet block a few times, you need to understand that the DROD forum went without any drama for several years, even though there were plenty of incidents that could have caused it (like that JtRH beta April Fool's joke). Drama is not necessary when the forum is organised around a game that weeds out the impatient and unobservant. You don't need to be a release valve. Drama will not 'build up' if you don't.
