I must humbly apologise for bringing potatoes into the forum. I believe I was the person who started the trend (in a comic strip about the thoughts of a tar baby).

I should have used carrots instead. They're much better for cooking with :)

It may be personal preference, but I prefer going on a sine and below that, going on a cosine.
