Granted, just as you were making the wish, a guy named 'Sport' was finding a way for world peace, and succeded. Thanks alot. A guy named 'Anybody' gets no side effects, because he lives in a remote place were there is no war. However everyone got tired of war and needed a scapegoat to unite everyone. That scapegoat is YOU! Good luck running from all those angry people.

I wish for a tax refund of the usual amount gotten from tax rebates for every citizen of the U.S.A. (Of which I am, and I can't be moved from the U.S.A.), from the United States Government (And by United States Government I mean the section that handles the refunds). And the U.S. Government gets a tax refund in the form of the National Debt (Of the U.S.) is cut down to a few thosand U.S. dollars. In addition to this wish no negative side effects (Or negative outcomes, if you prefer) on me, the U.S. Government, or citizen of the USA, etc.

Oh and inflation of the U.S. dollar is considered a negative side effect.

Edit: Darn, I was too slow...

To the Beethro's Teacher one:
Granted, you solved it, but in doing so you forgot to go to work for a month (or school, if you go to school) and now are fired (Or if you go to school, you're expelled [New school policy]). And now you are a hobo... without a computer/internet access. Way to go.
