No can do. According to the Wish Granters "Holy Handbook Of Holy Holiness", Chapter 5, Section 20, Subchapter 148, Subsection 393, "If a wish is skipped, it is considered to no longer exist."
Rule 1345 also states that "A wish that doesn't exist, if it is asked to be granted, it is believed that the wisher no longer exists." Thus, you no longer exist.

Master, thy will is my command. But your programming stinks. With no exit condition on the loop, you spend eternity modding calamarian repeatedly - well, not really eternity, because the body can only go a couple days without water...

Surprisingly enough, you did kill him (assuming the tank is sealed), but not exactly how you intended... (I recommend you know what they're wishing for before you make a response)

Drat! You got me! Now I know that it is water, in which, yes, you would be killed quickly if you were sealed in a tank full of it. And I thought it was some gaseous poison.
