I semi-disagree. Yes, Lode Runner did not *need* the 3D treatment. But I've played Lode Runner 2 and it's rather a good game. It works in 3D.
It wasn't that bad...yes, the graphics were not needed, but the puzzles were still rather unique. And I guess that's another point, it actually became a puzzler instead of an action game.
Oh, and calamarain--yes, the Zelda 2 shot was immediately obvious.
