I know what shape needs to be done but I can't find a good strategy so I'm going to ask for a demo since this is the most frustating room in the hold for me :(

This is my last room before I master TSS, and it's a really tough one, but I want to hopefully avoid downloading demos so if anyone has any further hints that would be appreciated

I'm trying to do it without the potion so I can knock out the challenge as well, I understand what shape needs to be done but no idea how to get there
