You should make the E orb close the door to the E chamber, and take away the SW force arrow in that chamber.

Impossible, as brained monsters will never step on a force arrow.
2N 1W:
To make this a good brained horde management room, remove the entrance area that allows for you to just swing your sword and not get killed. Make it almost impossible to kill the roaches (add more until you cannot do it, no matter how hard you try, then go back to the last point at which you could).
1N 2W:
Good room. Just remember to put the following code in at the end of your NPC script:
Wait for event : Room Clear
End on room exit
