Just to make things clearer:

There are currently 6 DROD 3.0 screenshots out there. They are distributed as follows:

2 screenshots of bits of editor interface.
2 screenshots of rooms that use new elements but are not actually in TCB
2 screenshots of actual TCB rooms.

I'll let you figure out which is which. Shouldn't be too hard.

The 2 screenshots that include 3.0 elements but aren't in TCB are: 1. The 350 picture, and 2. The Guess the Screenshot picture.

75% picture is a TCB room, and the goodie one is obvious. The "96.35%" one seems to be a TCB one from what people are talking about. That leaves one editor screenshot bit left. I still think it's the tar baby colors.

It was genuine confusion. There have been several different discussions about different hidden things lately it was unclear to me to which you were referring.

As for the riddle of the bar, let me just clarify that none of the other spoiler images, nor anything found in the dreamplane, will help you solve it. Do you have all 10 goodies? If so, figuring out what to do with them is a self-contained puzzle. There are plenty of hints for it earlier in this thread, and really that's the only place you need to look.
