No... this would be an anger at the programmers wasting time to update the bar by 0,05 %(or better yet, at them torturing us with such steps...) .

I sure hope it's not the "warm-up" for when ,01 steps come...

I think I've spotted the pattern:
It was 98.2%
Then 98.25%
And is now 98.33%

So, 98 1/5
Then 98 1/4
And now 98 1/3

So, probably it'll be 98.5% next. Then 99%

The Bar has no pattern, because the CaravelTeam working on TCB is never constant. Everyone could work overtime to finish TCB tonight, which would totally break your pattern, jumping to 100% in a midnight celebration. Or, the team working on TCB could work a minute a day and have the Bar sluggishly move from 98.33% to 98.34%, and so forth.

Just remove the last digit of the Bar, and you'll get pretty much the same number!
I told her about it, and suggested that she tries to catch up with the Bar and keep constant. Just kidding. That would use a lot of gas!
