I solved it!
I can't believe I actually just solved the Riddle of the Bar!
Oddly enough, gamer_extreme_101's hint that said "
what would you like"
turned out to be the one I really needed. After reading that, I tried a few more rearrangements of goodies, and then in a moment of revelation, it became perfectly clear exactly what I would like. So don't assume it's just meant sarcastically!
[goodies]Also, here's something weird that just occurred to me. After looking once more at the screenshot, I think the character name that starts with an "
F"
looks like it just might say
"Fegundo".
The "
G"
one, however, is far too short to say "
Gondola Wasp"
. Unless the dev team was *really* sneaky, and drew both a white and a black bar to cover it up....[/goodies].
I'm wondering, now, do I have the record for solving the Riddle of the Bar with the least number of clicks on the bar? I haven't counted the exact number of clicks, but I think it's probably under 100. (I usually would just click on the bar once a day in the middle of the night, which seems to be the best time to click the bar. Well, if you live in Arizona anyway. I suppose it all depends on what time zone you're in.)
(of course, I probably also have the record for the largest number of incorrect guesses, given how many times I arranged all 10 goodies in a random order, with no idea what I was supposed to do....)
And now, to work on solving the rest of the Smitemaster's Selections. (Hopefully. I'm currently in my senior year in college and working on a senior thesis, which is amazingly good for eating up incredible amounts of time and preventing you from working on anything else.)
