Okay, this was a real toughie, so I'll tell you.

The answer was...

KETCHUP AND PUPPPIES!

#1 - It has frequently asked questions.

You can shorten this to FAQ, which if you click on the forum, you look at the in-forum jokes section and it mentions it.

#2 - Where to ask questions on the forum?

FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions, so if you want to ask a question, you should start there.

#3 - Where to ask questions on the forum WITHOUT posting anywhere or asking anyone directly?

This re-inforces the fact that you should check the FAQs, because you can't directly talk to someone there.

The CaravelNet FAQ says:
Ketchup and Puppies was one of the first holds built with the level editor, and was a rendition of both ketchup.... and puppies!

Case in point, this entry was still valid. And if you look on the architecture board, it has a hold called Ketchup and Puppies.hold. Hell, it's right here. http://forum.caravelgames.com/viewtopic.php?TopicID=901&page=0#86330

So it is a hold.
