I haven't renewed my subscription due to the outage of CaravelNet demo functionality. But today, I needed to download another copy of TCB. Unfortunately, it seems I can't, because while I have the purchases on my account, it appears that I cannot download my purchases.

This is kinda irritating.

Also... how long does it take to have Caravelnet credited to your account? I bought 12 months extra on April 25th 2008... and it's still not showing on my profile, my profile still says that my Caravelnet expires in May 2008.

Did you activate your renewal? When I renewed I received an email with the subject "CaravelNet Activation". Clicking on the link in the email allowed me to tie the CaravelNet to my forum account.

No, that's the thing. I got a receipt, but nothing else.

It may have gone into Spam though and been missed. Who's the person to contact about this?

Yeah, there appears to simply be a few issues with the email system. Simply send an email to support[at]caravelgames.com and all will be fixed.

I admit, I have the same problem--I'd reaaally like to get TCB onto my left computer.

I can download the SSes ad infinitum, but not the program itself?

Funnily enough, the support address is different to the Caravelnet bulk email system. One is working. One is not.
