I'm gonna give you a "no me gusta" for this, Ez. While I'm indifferent to whether or not these topics are on the H&S board, I respect their right to be there. Nobody is going to ask for help on these rooms, and some people are having fun with the already existant topics. Let them fade when their time comes.

Alright...
so I'm back from the future, and I'm obviously stuck in the hold Return to Pritanus' Dungeon, Level 22: 3N. I can get the sister red door to close, but I can't reach the Sucky because the only weak spot is blocked in the next spawn. Then, I herd the Goolix in a spot where I can smite it with a mimic, but it then activates a pressure plate which shuts the door leading to the Sucky mother. I'm stuck. Can you please help?

Is this what it's meant for?

I'm with Ezlo here. When the DROD test was uploaded, some players were looking for a downloadable TCB. Then another forumer said "You'll have to find it". I was really ticked when I found out there wasn't. Someone even posted a (fake) demo in one of the hints boards, about one of the rooms!

I don't mind it now, but it's not even funny anymore. It was never funny, even after I discovered the joke. So keep this thread anyway for those jokers. A forewarning: if there's another post about TCB in the hints page, It might just get modded down. I mean, some people really need help in the hints page.

Sorry that I'm getting a bit crazy here, but it's just not funny!

Actually, I think the joke is pretty funny the first time you see it. I know I had a good read with one certain old FFXII (or was it XIII...? not important) topic elsewhere. Especially if the first few posters manage to come up with reasonable ideas (No nuclear bombs, sorry. Those tend to the fun faster and result in only more exaggeration, in my opinion).

Yes, these things always get overdone. This isn't an exception. I think the second topic on the same subject was too much... But it's not supposed to be taken seriously, so don't get too hard feelings over it. Just ignore the topics if they're still bothering you.

I like how this post is just an advertisement of your old ideas, with confirmed elements to attempt to add verisimilitude.

Well, Jatopian, you'd know they were if you got past the room with the dripping tar and fast potion (for going fast), yes?

I don't think Jeff is attempting to claim his ideas are valid and/or in the game any more than I am by stating that last sentence, so.

Really, I am all for these shenanigans, but give them the length of rope first or they don't hang themselves, okay?

Well, I don't want to congratulate myself, but I'd say the first topic was quite funny, the second one was too much.

And that TCB demo is 99.9999999%* real.
But moving the conversation to another topic deliberately takes away the joke, in my opinion.
