"Creative Commons" isn't really a license by itself though, there's various versions regarding modification rights and commercial use.

"Do whatever you like with it as long as you credit me as the original composer" would suggest CC-BY, and the version current at the time was 2.5.

Also, over here Erik said "Also, [silver] can choose one song from Journey to Rooted Hold other than the theme chant ("Within These Halls...") to be released under a Creative Commons license. So instead of reserving all rights to that song, we will relicense it so that people can use it in other projects, remix it, play it from their website, or other things."

First off, that was several years ago. Second, if you read those instructions, they're for the mac version of iTunes, and *WIN*amp (emphasis mine) is not a Mac program
