Yay! One I know which hasn't been guessed yet!

That's Discworld II - great comedy adventure. The link referred to is, presumably, the fact that Discworld II includes a scene which is an homage to (or rip-off of) the stoning scene in Life of Brian. Nobody - and I want to make this absolutely clear - nobody is to stone anybody until I blow this whistle. Even if they do say 'Jehovah'.

Correct. The specific link I was talking about is that Eric Idle provided the voice of the skeleton in the picture.

Wow...that looks like a Roguelike that I actually might be interested in playing. Well, unless someone else has posted about it in Electronic Games and I dissed it. In which case I reluctantly stand by my earlier opinion. Hopefully not, because usually I only dislike ASCII Roguelikes. Anyway, I'm eager to try it out after someone guesses it.

I believe that's ZAngband, a variant of Angband

Personally I prefer Angband, but ZAngband's still good.

As for a reciprocal screenshot... guess what this one is? Not a particularly hard one.

I wish I could figure out a way to get either the DOS or Win95 version of 7th Guest I have to work on my OSX box since, uh... I can't seem to get DOSBOX to see my CD drive and Win95 stuff doesn't work for me...

That was specifically the TK variant of Zangband. I figured Roger'd get it pretty quickly if nobody else did, but partly I just wanted to show off that character, who is far and away my most successful ever.

The Slime puzzle from The 7th Guest was easy. It was just the old game, Hexagon. The 11th Hour version, however, was a different story. That one used a square grid.

You've got it the wrong way round.

The 11th hour one was the hex version (beehive in the attic room), the 7th guest was the square version in the microscope.

Of course, it helps if you don't tell us the picture is a negative, otherwise somebody could just take a negative of the negative to get the original picture.
