Forgive my ignorance about the origin of the forum but I read everything I found on the Help and FAQ section but I didn't found anything about the sentence in the main page of the forum

It is the progress bar for the development of the next DROD game, The Second Sky. I wouldn't trust the number to be accurate, but forum members like to watch the bar anyway.
