smitemaster selection CD (0)

I currently have all SMS-CD's
But they used to come automaticly to me, because I bought 4 or 5 at once and everytime a new SMS CD was out, Caravel sent it to me.
I want to do that again, but if I buy now 4 SMS-CD's, which SMS-CD will I get first? DDDD or the "winter 2009 SMS".
Because it would be stupid to have DDDD twice ofcourse.
