I have been given the side quest of the Love Poem. I can not figure out how to get the pumpkin and what to give the giant for the crystal. In another post it said to give him a pot of gold. Where is that? I hope someone can help me.

The pot of gold doesn't show up for some time. When it does, there will be a pretty clear marker of its location.

As for the pumpkin, surely you've seen pumpkins around if you've gotten this far.
