It's been long since I played DROD, but I decided to try it again. I bought a CaravelNet subscription few days ago. I got only two e-mails from BMT Micro Orders, but I didn't get an e-mail for new CaravelNet key. Next day (Thursday) I sent an e-mail to support@caravelgames.com, but no response from there either.

Is there anything I can do to get CaravelNet working?

Speaking of caravelnet and emails, were the reminder emails discontinued?

I noticed today that I'm not logged in, and indeed, my subscription has lapsed.

I've bought an 1-year extension, and I'm in the same boat as the OP: I got the two BMT micro notifications, but not the activation email. In previous years it used to arrive within a minute of the first two.

Someone else was having a similar issue earlier this week. If you PM Schik, I'm sure he can sort you out.

Our server has been having issues with sending out emails. Schik is also aware of the issue and he has a plan to address it.

Hi, please, purchased annual subscription but have not received the activation email.
Also, have not received the reminder for subscription. Actually have not received any forum emails for some time !

Edit: sorry, just found i could activate subscription directly from purchases, new system !
