No, those brains should come back when you reenter. Fixed for 5.0.1.

Nope, they won't.

I restored to the map of Tueno & Rasarus and entered the bonus level,
when I enter the room, the brains are still all gone.

I might want to mention, that the first time I reentered there were only 2 brains missing (The 2 brains i allready took)
When I took the others brains, then they didn't reappear when I reentered.

(I did a full install of 5.0.1.6060, not a patch)

Hmm...I don't think we had the full installer uploaded at the time of your posting, but I could be wrong. If you have the build, you have it, after all. I'll double-check.

I can't reproduce this in my own install. The brains no longer have an "End" in their script, so I don't see how it would be possible for them to disappear. It might be an artifact of your saved game with partial play in that room already. Please try restoring back to before you entered that level and try grabbing some brains out of the room again.
