If you teleport the player to a pressure plate, the plate is not depressed until the player moves off the plate and returns to the plate. Nothing happens if the player waits repeatedly on the pressure plate either. Is this the intended behavior?

I don't believe it would ever be intended and this was fixed as part of changes to this http://forum.caravelgames.com/viewtopic.php?TopicID=39016
