The funny thing is, I actually guessed it correctly from your first sample, and then I loaded YouTube to check some gameplay videos and verify it, and then I started watching stuff from my subscriptions and one thing led to another and then a few days passed, lol.

It reminds of "Sherlock Holmes" or "Dinner with Moriarty" and other games of this developper (Everett Kaser),
because they all share the same music folder, I can not give you just one game.

EDIT:I can't seem to make the attached file a "play-directly on the browser button" on the post. I used the same coding, but what I got is "download this file to your computer button" on the post.

Ah, cool! I wasn't sure whether it was the first or second game. I'm sure Phoenix Wright aficionados would be able to discern which mix of this tune came from which game, so I consider you went easy on me.

Not the "jump man" game I'm familiar with. Sounds kind of like a train, perhaps some mining going on, an educational game with numbers? Grrrr, almost familiar like the sort of game I might have seen someone play a long time ago but never played myself.
