Hi guys, i've recently purchased DROD GatEB and a free 1 month membresy for caravel net but it seems I can't log on.

I type my user name and password on the options menu of the game but the symbol of connection it's always a red cross.

Have Firewall desactivated, any thoughts on this problem?

Didn't know where to post it, if its incorrect move it please.

Have you tried requesting a new key and entering it in Settings? When the connection isn't working that usually solves the problem.

Hi rsk92, welcome to the forum!

I notice you call it a "password". The CaravelNet key you have to input is not the same as your forum password. You can get one in the CaravelNet tab of your forum profile or request one by email from within the game.

If you're doing that right, are you sure your trial of CaravelNet service is activated? You should have received an email containing an activation link. If you haven't visited that link, please do; if you don't have that email, a support team member will need to help you out.
