Eh, I have no idea what this drug post problem is about, but I don't really object too much to such a rule. It should be disclaimed and footnoted with something to indicate that it isn't a problem yet.
I always experience minor annoyance when I look at a forum's FAQ, because I have yet to find one that says "talk about whatever so long as the FBI won't kill us", but I'm not really here to talk ideology or profanity (the two things that really rile most persons).
At least no one has tried to tell me on here that I can't say "crap". Banning something as fundamental as a word has always struck me as just slightly Newspeak-ish, particularly when implemented with a filter.
