This may be another room where I'm missing something obvious, as noone else ask need assistance. No matter what path I take or where I light the fuse, I can't get all the snakes' heads in the bomb zone. Could anyone point me in the right direction or post a demo for this room?

I haven't played this room, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to reduce the number of serpents to one before lighting the fuse and going after the brain...

Yep. Though it doesn't have to be down to one - it can be done with two or three snakes still living if you're skilled/lucky enough
