Thanks for the link. I've reproduced the problem. Internally, it is saying that one of the custom NPC types has broken speech data in its default command script. Not your fault, of course.
I've attached what should be a fixed version of the hold that now should import properly.
I'd like to fix the initial problem so this doesn't happen again, so I have some questions for you about how you worked on this most recent version of the hold:
* At some point, did you make any speech commands in your custom NPC default scripts?
* If so, did you later remove or replace them with something else?
* If so, please describe whatever you remember about this. Maybe you could try making a new test hold and trying to reproduce the problem. If you don't feel like it, that's fine. If this problem pops up again, maybe we can figure out what's going on and fix it permanently.
