You can import the JtRH music into TCB. You'll have to root around the forums though.

I thought some of JtRH's music was AE with other things tacked on. Take the AE exit level music, and take one of JtRH's Foundation Style Attack music.

So, I think there is some AE in this game, but most of it has been compiled into JtRH music.

Yup, there's some AE, some JtRH, some TCB in the later levels, and some original tracks. And they chose the best ones, which is nice.
