Display what a user is doing over caravelnet (+1)

I just thought it would be kinda cool if, next to peoples names, it could indicate if they were building a hold, in the chat room or playing a hold, in which case it would display the name of that hold. Perhaps this could be optional via a command, such as /nowplaying, but I just thought it would be nifty.
