It could be nice to get the inactive one-use pressure plate directly from editor.

I bring this because you have broken orb in editor.

The plate could toggle something, you see that by clicking on it, but no-one can use that, because someone has used it before player comes to room.

How about this?

Broken orb actually has puzzle potential - it's like a crumbly wall, but can be placed on different floor types.

I think this can be done well enough with custom floor or NPC usage. I'm assuming there's not much demand for this request.

This could be the request which could do this:

Player comes to room. Player sees the INACTIVE playe forth of him. He clicks it. It opens the shortcut! This could make the player more angry and get him to play the room through .

With a custom floor, (a) you don't get the clickability (cf broken orbs) and (b) you can't actually simulate a used plate with a custom graphic, unless you violate the copyright.

So, sure, there's no puzzle potential here. On the other hand, if it's an easy thing to add to the editor, there's no real reason not to.

Perhaps an inactive (pre-used) plate could also be "reset" (made active again) by linking to it from an orb or other plate..
