There is no pigeon in any of the locations, mentioned in a walkthrough: north of the Mercenary Camp, the beach north of the shipwreck or the waterfall. There was a seagal seating on the rock north of the shipreck, but when I clicked on it, nothing happened. What's wrong?

IIRC one can also appear by the fountain in the town square.

I also have gone everywhere and am getting frustrated at not finding the pigeon. Just the same I looked at the walkthrough, and went back to the town (did you mean statue, not fountain?) No bird. where is it?????
