I'm just starting this game and I can't get the rope. I've tried pulling the rope and running over to the balcony before going downstairs, but Geraint always met me on the stairs and told me not to play with the rope. Now when I pull it nothing seems to happen even though it says the bells ring. No soldiers show up and when I go downstairs Geraint is just sitting there. Do you only get a few tries?
