I have completed all the rooms (as far as I know) including the snake in the hidden room (2s,2w). I do not get the "exit level" message as level 2w remains red (unfinished, correct?). I have killed all the wraiths and the eys, and have stomped all the trapdoors and exited - still it remains red.
Could someone please help? I am really confused and have been through all the topics.

The Print Screen button on the keyboard takes a snapshot of the whole screen, which you can then paste into an image file.

I couldn't get that to work so I just started the whole thing over. I think my problem is that I did the levels in the wrong sequence - I had to do some over again just to move between rooms, that coupled with my lack-of-knowhow when 'restarting' must have caused the problem.
Anyway, I'm into level 16 now. When do I move up from being a Roachling!?!
