Sometimes, If you set a "wait until var" command you have a small problem if you want to wait for a var that is not equal to a certain number. It is possible to do it but that takes some time. Because of that, I suggest that it could have something like "wait until var is not equal to (put any number)".

No, we have "Wait until var", which supports "Equals", "Equals text", "Greater than", or "Less than". Complements to all of these would probably be a good idea, whether it's a new Wait While command or new options like "Not equal to" ... "Greater or equal to".

For anyone wondering how to do this with what we have already:

Label "VarLoop"
  If ...
          Wait until var X = Y
    Wait 0 turn(s)
    Go to "VarLoop"
  End if

You'll end up at the end of that block the first time X is not equal to Y.
