That's only in Dugandy, as far as we know, if I recall my Mobley correctly. But you wouldn't be the first to think otherwise - isn't that so, Niccus?

I think that it's just a reference to the fact that many holds of the user-made variety feature broken orbs which fail to do anything when struck, often as a plot device.
