Or you can go to the list that Ezlo compiled in the very first post and see that Beneath a Steel Sky has already been done. Well, that doesn't help with whether or not the screenshot is from that game, but it does help with the other question. ;)

I'm going to say it's one of those Mysterious Dungeon games, but I can't tell which :?

Nowadays they're only making Pokémon mystery dungeon games. I like Pokémon, and the idea of Mystery Dungeon is great, but please, don't mix them together!

Pokémon Emerald, a shot of the Battle Factory, located in the battle frontier. a place where you get to pick 3 pokémons out of 6 randomly chosen pokémon and battle with them. If you win you may swap 1 pokémon from your team with 1 pokémon of the opponent's team. The Factory Head is called Noland.

EDIT: did you get that shot from Serebii.net? it has the exact same picture on the Battle Factory page.
