The Descent of King Hesper : Overgrown Gorge : 6 North, 1 West (+1)

This is my last required room of the level. I suppose I need to use the briar to make a structure that forces the rattleneck to go back and forth between N and E pressure plates while Beethro casually go to strike each orb. But exactly what briar structure is helpful? I tried to use the rattleneck to leave a single-width slot for the rattleneck to go through. Even that will not guarantee the snake wouldn't get stuck in the East region. Am I missing a much more obvious strategy?
